By using the Sites you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not accept this Policy, you should not use the Sites. Our practices for protecting your privacy are designed to comply with U.S. law, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, as applicable.
As used herein, the terms “us” or “we” or “our” refer to Emmy’s Academy, Inc. (“Emmy’s Academy”), the owner of the Sites. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Sites.
Personal information we may ask you for and how we might use it Our Web server automatically recognizes each visitor’s domain name, but does not automatically collect personally identifiable information. However, we will only collect personal information from you if you voluntarily provide it to us. Personally identifiable information is
information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone numbers, biographical information, and information that is not otherwise publicly available. If you do not want us to have any personally identifiable information, please do not

Collection of Aggregated Information
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by the Sites. We do not knowingly collect information from children who are under 13 years of age or provide any personally identifying information from such users to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
